Autoclave-type vacuum dryer manufactured by WindEq TC, LLC, Russia
Package W-VO-500 plant is specially designed for insulation of electrical machines. The vacuum shaft dryer is made on a single frame.
The control unit with at least 8” touch-screen monitor is located on the front side opposite to the auxiliary units of the plant (vacuum pump, hydraulic plant, distribution units, control cabinet, etc.).
Distribution elements (hydraulics, pneumatics) are located in a separate area for ease of maintenance.
VACUUM CHAMBER (DRYING AUTOCLAVE, OVEN)
The vacuum chamber is a cylindrical welded tank with inlet and outlet valves at the bottom of the tank.
The autoclave is equipped with a pressure gage for pressure measuring, and with valves to create vacuum. The cover of the autoclave is equipped with a viewing window and illumination. It is closed and opened using a hydraulic drive. Air tightness is ensured by a special sleeve and a bolted holding down device. The heating system is implemented on the basis of resistance cables with a uniform distribution over the entire working height of the chamber.
